Sunset Adventures
Program Description:
Everyone loves a great sunset! Let's check out some of the best. Explore our town in a new way. Please bring a camera or photo-taking phone or use your journal to draw or write your interpretation of the bright colors right in front of us. A recreation van will pick your child up at the BUES front desk and transport them to different sunset locations. Parent pick-up is at the HYCC front entrance at 4:45PM. Contact: Michelle Davies
Registration Information:
- Walk-in registration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM, at 141 Bassett Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601.
- Online and walk-in registration is available beginning at 8:45 AM on Thursday, November 5, 2026 for Residents and Non-Residents on Thursday November 12, 2026 and will continue until full.
Requirements:
- BUES Grades 4&5
- Bring a water bottle and snacks
- Dress for the cold!
Fees:
Payment in full must be received prior to the start of the program. Financial Aid is available for qualified households. Forms are located on the Recreation/HYCC websites or at the front desk of the Hyannis Youth & Community Center.

Please check specific program dates, times, and locations. Recreation staff will contact participants for any changes to the program.
Refund Policy:
Prior to the start of the program, refunds will be given minus a $10 Administration Fee. Refunds are not issued on or after the start of the program.
