Speed Puzzle Challenge: Family Edition!
Program Content:
Join us for a fun speed puzzle challenge! Bring a team of up to four people and race to be the first to complete a 500-piece puzzle for a chance to win a prize. Only one family member needs to register for the program.
How It Works!
1. Each team is provided with the same 500 piece jigsaw puzzle at the start of the challenge.
2. Teams must assemble the pieces to form the complete picture depicted on the box cover.
3. Teams are allowed to use any available tools or aids, such as puzzle mats, sorting trays, or reference the box/provided extra puzzle picture, to assist in assembling the puzzle.
4. The challenge ends when we have our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
5. Teams that don't win can still stay to complete their puzzle if desired and can bring their contest puzzles home with them at the end of the event!
Registration Information:
- Walk-in registration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM, at 141 Bassett Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601.
- Online registration is available beginning at 8:45 AM on the first day of registration for Resident and Non-Residents and ongoing until the program is full.
- Residents - Thursday, November 5, 2026
- Non-Residents - Thursday, November 12, 2026
Requirements:
- This is a family event with a maximum of 4 players per team
Fees:
Payment in full must be received prior to the start of the program. Financial Aid is available for qualified households. Forms are located on the Recreation/HYCC websites or at the front desk of the Hyannis Youth & Community Center.

Refund Policy:
Prior to the start of the program, refunds will be given minus a $10 Administration Fee. Refunds are not issued on or after the start of the program.
