Knee Hockey
Program Description:
Grab your mini stick and get ready for some fast-paced hockey fun! Knee Hockey is a recreational scrimmage-style program where players can enjoy the excitement of hockey in a fun, relaxed environment. Participants will play small-sided games, compete with friends, and experience the teamwork and excitement of hockey without the ice. This program is perfect for players of all skill levels looking to have fun, stay active, and enjoy the game.
Program Content:
- Organized knee hockey scrimmages and mini-games
- Team play, friendly competition, and sportsmanship
- Fun hockey-inspired challenges and activities
- Opportunity to practice passing, shooting, and puck control through gameplay
- Small-sided games focused on teamwork and creativity
- Rotating teams to encourage participation and new friendships
- A fun, welcoming environment for hockey fans of all experience levels
Registration Information:
- Walk-in registration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM, at 141 Bassett Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601.
- Online registration is available beginning at 8:45 AM on the first day of registration for Residents and Non-Residents and ongoing until the program is full.
Requirements:
- Must be in grades 4th - 7th.
Fees:
Payment in full must be received prior to the start of the program. Financial Aid is available for qualified households. Forms are located on the Recreation/HYCC websites or at the front desk of the Hyannis Youth & Community Center.

Please check specific program dates, times, and locations. Recreation staff will contact participants for any changes to the program.
Refund Policy:
Prior to the start of the program, refunds will be given minus a $10 Administration Fee. Refunds are not issued on or after the start of the program.
