Program Content:
Learn more about the waters of Hyannis Harbor in this fun, fast paced program. Participants will have to pass a swim test to participate in this program. 

Registration Information:
  • Walk-in registration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM, at 141 Bassett Lane, Hyannis, MA  02601.   
  • Online registration is available beginning at 8:45 AM on the first day of registration for Residents and Non-Residents and ongoing until the program is full.
  • Residents/Non-Residents: Wednesday, May 6th/ May 20th 
Requirements:
  • Participants will be moved levels based on their swimming ability that will be tested on the first day. 
  • Participants should wear proper swim attire, towel, and sunscreen.
  • Participants should be a water bottle.
Fees:
Payment in full must be received prior to the start of the program.  Financial Aid is available for qualified households. Forms are located on the Recreation/HYCC websites or at the front desk of the Hyannis Youth & Community Center.  Note: The JFK Memorial Trust Fund Committee has provided funds to Barnstable resident participants enrolled in our sailing programs to reduce the financial burden.

Please check specific program dates, times, and locations. Recreation staff will contact participants for any changes to the program.  

Refund Policy:
Prior to the start of the program, refunds will be given minus a $10 Administration Fee. Refunds are not issued on or after the start of the program.
