Program Content:
These classes will teach proper boxing technique, include agility and strength training, emphasize the importance of mental focus and self-discipline, and provide a safe and fun environment for learning how to strike! In a supportive group, led by dedicated coaches, your child will build confidence and self-esteem as well as strength and technique.
Registration Information:
- Walk-in registration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM, at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center (141 Bassett Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601).
- Online and in-person registration is available beginning at 8:45 AM on Wednesday, March 4 for Residents and Wednesday, March 11 for Non-Residents.
- Registration is ongoing until the program is full.
Requirements:
- Boys and Girls in Grades 3-8.
- Participants should wear athletic attire. Sneakers are required. Boxing gloves will be provided but you may use your own.
- Participants should bring a water bottle.
Fees:
Payment in full must be received prior to the start of the program. Financial Aid is available for qualified households. Forms are located on the Recreation/HYCC websites or at the front desk of the Hyannis Youth & Community Center.

Refund Policy:
Prior to the start of the program, refunds will be given minus a $10 Administration Fee. Refunds are not issued on or after the start of the program.
