Program Content:
This program depends on volunteer coaches! Learn the basics of the game in an easy going and fun environment. Team practices will be on Wednesdays at 5:30 at Bay Lane in Centerville. Games will be played on Saturday mornings at the Lorusso Fields next to the HYCC starting at 9:00 AM. Participants need their own baseball glove, and batting gloves are strongly encouraged for this program. This program welcomes both boys and girls.
Registration Information:
- Walk-in registration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM, at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center (141 Bassett Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601).
- Online registration is available beginning at 8:45 AM on Wednesday, March 4 for Residents and Wednesday, March 11 for Non-Residents.
- Registration is ongoing until the program is full.
Requirements:
- Boys and Girls ages 5 & 6.
- Players need to have a baseball glove.
- Participants should wear athletic attire. Sneakers are required, baseball cleats are optional (no spikes). Uniforms will be provided at the start of the season.
- Participants should bring a water bottle.
Fees:
Payment in full must be received prior to the start of the program. Financial Aid is available for qualified households. Forms are located on the Recreation/HYCC websites or at the front desk of the Hyannis Youth & Community Center.

Refund Policy:
Prior to the start of the program, refunds will be given minus a $10 Administration Fee. Refunds are not issued on or after the start of the program.
