Turkey Shoot
Event Content:
This free event is a fun adult/child basketball shooting contest. A parent/guardian is paired up with their child and each shoot ten foul shots. Hoops will be lowered and the shooting distance will be shortened for the Kindergarten-Grade 3 groups. The duo that makes the most shots in the child’s age group will win a Thanksgiving themed prize.
When and Where:
All age groups will be at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center gym on Saturday, November 21.
Kindergarten & Grade 1: 9:00-9:45 AM
Grades 2 & 3: 9:45-10:30 AM
Grades 4 & 5: 10:30-11:00 AM
Grades 6 & 7: 11:00-11:30 AM
Registration:
This is a free drop-in event where participants will sign in upon arrival. No registration is required.
Requirements:
- Must compete during the correct time slot.
- Each duo needs to have one child and one adult.
- Participants should wear sneakers.
